If you are looking for a unique skater vibe, you have to visit lamana. It’s a hip restaurant where you can eat Spanish food. The special thing about lamana is the skate bowl in the garden. Every Thursday there is an amazing party where the skaters perform their tricks, people either watch them or show off their moves on the dancefloor. Don’t miss it!
The Doctors House – Matara
Definitively one the most famous places to go partying. The location is adorned with a huge garden area to chill out and have a delicious pizza from the stone oven. Every wednesday and saturday they celebrate a great party near the beach under the open sky. On saturday they always play live music from local bands.
Tiki Cliff Bar – Weligama
Tiki Cliff bar is a place located on top of a hill overlooking the bay of weligama. The bar impresses with tasty food, flavorful drinks and a stunning view. Every Friday they celebrate through the night with varied music from different DJs.
W15 – Weligama
W15 is a luxury bar on Weligama beach with a stunning pool. During the day it is a pretty place to have a calm day where you can choose to take a swim in the pool or in the ocean. They also organise big techno parties where you can dance the night through and have the time of the life.
Sunset Bar – Mirissa
As the name suggests, this is the perfect place to enjoy a lovely sunset with a refreshing sundowner. The place is right next to the famous coconut tree hill. A place where you can end your day and listen to the sound of the sea while sipping on a fresh coconut.
