YOGA

Yoga ergänzt das Surfen in vielerlei Hinsicht. Es stärkt drei Hauptfähigkeiten, die jeder Surfanfänger mittelfristig entwickeln sollte: Kraft, Ausdauer und Flexibilität des Oberkörpers.

SURFEN

Unser Surfunterricht ist sehr umfangreich, da er nicht nur viel Zeit für das Surfen selbst beinhaltet, sondern auch Videoanalyse- und Feedback- sowie SurftheorieKurse.

DAS CAMP

Das grpßzügige Surf- und Yogacamp liegt direkt an der Hauptstraße in Mirissa und erstreckt sich in die wunderschöne Dschungelumgebung.
