Yoga complements surfing in many ways. It helps develop three key skills that every beginner surfer should build over time: upper body strength, endurance, and flexibility.
SURFEN
Our surf programs are comprehensive, offering not only plenty of time in the water, but also video analysis and feedback, along with surf theory classes.
DAS CAMP
Our spacious Surf & Yoga camp is located just off the main road in Mirissa, surrounded by beautiful jungle.
